Nissan Murano: Dtc/circuit Diagnosis / Power Supply and Ground Circuit. Audio Unit
CHECK FUSE
Check that the following fuses are not blown:

| 19 | Battery power supply | 15 | 20 A |
Are the fuses blown?
YES>>Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit.
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Ignition switch OFF.

Disconnect audio unit connector.
-
Check voltage between audio unit connector and ground.
Audio unit Ground Condition Voltage
(Approx.)Connector Terminal M121 7 — Ignition switch: ON Battery voltage 17 19 Ignition switch: OFF
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace harness or connectors.
CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Ignition switch OFF.

Check continuity between audio unit connector and ground.
Audio unit Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M121 20 — Yes
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Inspection End.
NO>>Repair or replace harness or connectors.

Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK REVERSE INPUT SIGNAL
Ignition switch ON.
Shift the selector lever to R (reverse).
Check voltage between audio unit connector and ground...

Fuel gauge
The gauge indicates the approximate fuel level in the tank.
The gauge may move slightly during braking, turning, acceleration, or going up or down hills.
The gauge needle returns to 0 (Empty) after the ignition switch is placed in the OFF position.
