Diagnosis Procedure

AUX JACK

CHECK AUX JACK HARNESS CONTINUITY

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect AV control unit connector and front auxiliary input jacks connector.

  3. Check continuity between AV control unit connector and front auxiliary input jacks connector.

  4. Check continuity between AV control unit connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Replace the front auxiliary input jacks. Removal and Installation.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

USB INTERFACES

CHECK USB 1 INTERFACE HARNESS CONTINUITY

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect front auxiliary input jacks connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  3. Check continuity between front auxiliary input jacks connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  4. Check continuity between front auxiliary input jacks connector and ground.

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

CHECK USB 2 INTERFACE HARNESS CONTINUITY

  1. Disconnect front auxiliary input jacks connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  2. Check continuity between front auxiliary input jacks connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  3. Check continuity between front auxiliary input jacks connector and ground.

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness or connectors.

CHECK USB INTERFACE HARNESS CONTINUITY

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect AV control unit connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  3. Check continuity between AV control unit connector and front auxiliary input jacks control unit connector.

  4. Check continuity between AV control unit connector and ground.
