PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CONSULT

Start the engine.
-
Select “All DTC Reading” mode.
-
Check if “C1B52-17” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “Side radar (Rear left)”.
Is the “C1B52-17” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
CHECK BLIND SPOT WARNING INDICATOR CIRCUIT FOR OPEN (1)

Turn ignition switch OFF.
-
Disconnect side radar LH harness connector and Blind Spot Warning indicator LH harness connector.
-
Check continuity between side radar LH harness connector and Blind Spot Warning indicator LH harness connector.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.

Check continuity between Blind Spot Warning indicator LH harness connector and ground.

Connect side radar LH harness connector.

Check voltage between Blind Spot Warning indicator LH harness connector and ground.
