PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CONSULT

Start the engine.
-
Select “All DTC Reading” mode.
-
Check if “C1B50-49” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “Side radar (Rear right)”.
Is the “C1B50-49” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>
To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>
Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
Diagnosis Procedure
PERFORM SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
CONSULT

Turn ignition switch ON.
-
Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “Side radar (Rear right)”.
-
Select “ERASE”.
-
Turn ignition switch OFF.
-
Turn ignition switch ON.
-
Check if any DTC other than “C1B50-49” is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “Side radar (Rear right)”.
Is any DTC detected?
YES>>
Perform diagnosis on the detected DTC and repair or replace the malfunctioning part. Refer to DTC Index.
NO>>
Replace side radar RH. Refer to Removal and Installation.

lights automatically when it is dark.

running lights) when it is light.

OFF position and all doors are closed.
