Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “TELEMATICS”.

Check DTC.
Is DTC U1A05 detected?
YES>>Proceed to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
CHECK USB CIRCUITS CONTINUITY

Ignition switch OFF.

Disconnect TCU connector and AV control unit connector.

Check continuity between TCU connector and AV control unit connector.
TCU AV control unit Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M127 41 M169 76 Yes 43 78 44 79 45 80 46 81 -
Check the continuity between TCU connector and ground.
TCU Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M127 41 — No 44
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Replace TCU. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>Repair or replace harness or connectors.
