CHECK FRONT AND REAR WASHER MOTOR FUSE
Ignition switch OFF.
Check that the following fuse is not blown:

Is the fuse blown?
YES>>Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit.
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK FRONT AND REAR WASHER MOTOR POWER SUPPLY-1
Disconnect combination switch (wiper and washer) connector.
Ignition switch ON.
Check voltage between combination switch (wiper and washer) switch harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace harness.
CHECK FRONT AND REAR WASHER MOTOR GROUND
Ignition switch OFF.
Check continuity between combination switch (wiper and washer switch) harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 4.
NO>>Repair or replace harness.

Connect combination switch (wiper and washer switch) connector.
Disconnect the front and rear washer motor connector.
Ignition switch ON.
Check voltage between front and rear washer motor harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Replace front and rear washer motor. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>GO TO 5.
CHECK WASHER SWITCH
Check combination switch (wiper and washer switch). Refer to Component Inspection.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Repair harness between fuse and the front and rear washer motor.
NO>>Replace combination switch (wiper and washer switch). Refer to Removal and Installation.
Front Wiper Motor Ground Circuit
Washer Switch
The gauge indicates the approximate fuel level in the tank.
The gauge may move slightly during braking, turning, acceleration, or going up or down hills.
The gauge needle returns to 0 (Empty) after the ignition switch is placed in the OFF position.
