PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CONSULT
-
Ignition switch ON.
-
Erase DTC.
-
Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “TELEMATICS”.
-
Check DTC.
Is DTC B1310 detected?
YES>>Proceed to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
CHECK AROUND TCU
Check whether there is any factor which causes a temperature rise near TCU.
Was there any factor?
YES>>Remove the factor.
NO>>GO TO 2.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE AGAIN
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC B1310 detected again?
YES>>Replace TCU. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>Inspection End.
