Under-engine protector
Right engine protector
- Remove pins
and under
engine protector. - Remove clips
and right
engine protector.
Vehicle set-up
Park the vehicle on a level surface and
apply the parking brake.
Run the engine until it reaches operating
temperature.
Turn the engine off and wait for 15 minutes...
Engine oil and filter
Place a large drain pan under the drain
plug and oil filter.
Remove the oil filler cap.
Remove the drain plug with a wrench
by turning it counterclockwise and
completely drain the oil...

Driver and passenger supplemental knee air bag
Driver’s side
The knee air bag is located in the knee bolster, on the driver’s and passenger’s side. All of the information, cautions and warnings in this manual apply and must be followed. The knee air bag is designed to inflate in higher severity frontal collisions, although it may inflate if the forces in another type of collision are similar to those of a higher severity frontal impact. It may not inflate in certain collisions.
