The MAIN switch can be turned ON/OFF, but the ICC system cannot be set even if the SET/COAST switch is pressed.
NOTE:
The system cannot be set in the following cases:
When the Nissan Murano vehicle ahead is not detected below the speed of 32 km/h (20 MPH).
When the selector lever is not in the “D” position or manual mode.
When the brake pedal is depressed.
When the VDC is turned OFF.
When ABS or VDC (including the TCS) operates.
When a wheel slips.
When the drive mode select switch is in SNOW position.
When ABS warning lamp is ON.
CHECK CAUSE OF AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
Check if there is the cancellation cause in the “CAUSE OF AUTO-CANCEL” on “Work support” of “LASER/RADAR” with CONSULT.
Is it displayed?
NO>>GO TO 2.
“OPE SW VOLT CIRC”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“VHCL SPD UNMATCH”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“IGN LOW VOLT”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“ECM CIRCUIT”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“CAN COMM ERROR”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“ICC SENSOR CAN COMM ERR”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“ABS/TCS/VDC CIRC”>>Refer to DTC Deswcription.
“ECD CIRCUIT”>>Refer to DTC Description.
PERFORM THE SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
Perform “Self Diagnostic Result”.
Check if any DTC is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS” of “LASER/RADAR”. Refer to DTC Index (ICC/ADAS) or DTC Index (LASER/RADAR).
Is any DTC detected?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>GO TO 4.
REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts identified by the self-diagnosis result.

CHECK EACH SWITCH AND Nissan Murano Vehicle SPEED SIGNAL
Start the engine.
Check that the following items operate normally in “Data Monitor” of “LASER/RADAR”.
“VHCL SPEED SE”
“D RANGE SW”
“SET/COAST SW”
“BRAKE SW”
“PKB SW”
Is there a malfunctioning item?
All items are normal>>GO TO 5.
“VHCL SPEED SE”>>Refer to DTC Logic.
“D RANGE SW”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“SET/COAST SW”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“BRAKE SW”>>Refer to DTC Description.
“PKB SW”>>Refer to Component Function Check.
REPLACE DISTANCE SENSOR (ICC SENSOR)
Replace the distance sensor (ICC sensor). Refer to Removal and Installation.

GO TO 6.
CHECK ICC SYSTEM
Erase the “Self Diagnostic Result”, and then perform “Self Diagnostic Result” again after performing the action test. (Refer to Description for action test.)
Check that the ICC system is normal.
