DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC “U1505-83” is displayed with DTC “U1000–01” or “U1507-87”, first diagnose the DTC “U1000–01” or “U1507-87”.
Is applicable DTC detected?
YES>>Perform diagnosis of applicable.
U1000–01: Refer to DTC Description.
U1507-87: Refer to DTC Description.
GO TO 2.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
CONSULT
Start the engine.
Turn the BSW system ON.
Perform “All DTC Reading”.
Check if the “U1505-83” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS”.
Is “U1505-83 detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End
CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC “U1505-83” is displayed with DTC “U1000–01” or “U1507-87”, first diagnose the DTC “U1000–01” or “U1507-87”.
Is applicable DTC detected?
YES>>Perform diagnosis of applicable.
U1000–01: Refer to DTC Description.
U1507-87: Refer to DTC Description.
GO TO 2.
CHECK SIDE RADAR RH SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
CONSULT
Check if any DTC is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “Side radar (Rear right)”.
Is any DTC detected?
YES>>Perform diagnosis on the detected DTC and repair or replace the malfunctioning parts. Refer to DTC Index.
NO>>Replace the ADAS control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

U1507-87 Lost Comm (side Rdr R)
LATCH system lower anchor locations - bench seat
Your vehicle is equipped with special anchor points that are used with LATCH system compatible child restraints. This system may also be referred to as the ISOFIX or ISOFIX compatible system. With this system, you do not have to use a vehicle seat belt to secure the child restraint unless the combined weight of the child and child restraint exceeds 65 lbs. (29.5 kg). If the combined weight of the child and child restraint is greater than 65 lbs. (29.5 kg), use the vehicle’s seat belt (not the lower anchors) to install the child restraint. Be sure to follow the child restraint manufacturer’s instructions for installation.
