Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK POWER SUPPLY

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect power window and door lock/unlock switch RH connector.

  3. Ignition switch ON.

  4. Check voltage between power window and door lock/unlock switch RH harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

GO TO 2.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect BCM connector.

  3. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and power window and door lock/unlock switch RH harness connector.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Check continuity between power window and door lock/unlock switch RH harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 4.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

    Turn on the headlights, front parking, tail, license plate and instrument panel lights automatically when it is dark. Turn off all the lights (except daylight running lights) when it is light.
