Nissan Murano: Removal and Installation / Plug

Description

Replace the O-ring if oil leaks from the plug.

1.	Transaxle assembly	2.	O-ring	3.	Plug
	: Apply CVT fluid

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings if oil leaks from the plugs.

REMOVAL

Remove the plugs.

Remove the O-rings from plugs.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• Do not reuse O-ring.

• Apply Genuine NISSAN CVT Fluid NS-3 or equivalent to O-ring.

INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION

Check for CVT fluid leakage. Refer to Inspection.

ADJUSTMENT AFTER INSTALLATION

Adjust CVT fluid level. Refer to Adjustment.
