CHECK THE ILLUMINATION OF THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LAMP
Check that the low tire pressure warning lamp is turned OFF after illuminating for approximately 1 second, when the ignition switch is placed ON.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Inspection End.
NO>>Perform trouble diagnosis. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
BCM POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check BCM power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Repair or replace malfunctioning components.
PERFORM SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
CONSULT
Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of "BCM(AIR PRESSURE MONITOR)".
Is any DTC detected?
YES>>Check the DTC. Refer to DTC Index.
NO>>GO TO 3.
CHECK LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LAMP SIGNAL
CONSULT
Ignition switch ON.
CAUTION:
Never start the engine.
Select “Data Monitor” mode of "BCM(AIR PRESSURE MONITOR)".
Select “WARNING LAMP” in “Data Monitor”, and check that the low tire pressure warning lamp is turned OFF after illuminating for approximately 1 second, when the ignition switch ON.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Check the combination meter. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>Replace the BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.

The knee air bag is located in the knee bolster, on the driver’s and passenger’s side. All of the information, cautions and warnings in this manual apply and must be followed. The knee air bag is designed to inflate in higher severity frontal collisions, although it may inflate if the forces in another type of collision are similar to those of a higher severity frontal impact. It may not inflate in certain collisions.
